* I would use the money to purchase in-home recycle centers for everyone in my town willing to participate. I would set them up, and explain how to use them. I would also volunteer to go around once a monthor every other month, depending on need, and collect recycled items for anyone unable to take them to the recyce center, or unwilling to take them, but willing to participate. I would also purchase recycle centers for around town to put by the public trash containers at our local parks and around town.
